Refund policy

We don't have return or refund and cancellation policy. Return only applicable if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Undelivered, Return-to-Sender & Delivery Confirmation Policy

  • If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, or you do not answer calls from the delivery agent, the order may be marked as undelivered and returned to us.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued, as shipping and handling charges are already incurred.
  • If you still want the product after it returns to us, we can reship the order, but you must pay the shipping charges again.

Order Showing Delivered but Not Received

  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, you must inform us within 36 hours of the delivery status update.
  • Once we are informed within this period, we will raise a request with the courier company and obtain the Proof of Delivery (POD) or investigate the issue.
  • If you report this after 36 hours, the courier company will not accept any complaints, and in such cases, we will not be able to provide any support, refund, or replacement.

We partner with trusted shipping providers to ensure timely delivery. However, in rare cases, operational delays may occur on the courier's end, which are beyond our control. While we are not responsible for such delays, we will do our best to support you and help resolve the issue.
